White Senior Belt Pattern KI-BON (14 Movements)
Means “the basics”. It is the first form a taekwondo student learns to build their foundation for their journey to black belt.

Ready Stance A

  1. Left Low Block – Left Front Stance
  2. Right Punch Middle – Right Front Stance
  3. Left Inner Forearm Block – Left Back Stance
  4. Right Punch Middle – Right Front Stance
  5. Left High Block – Left Front Stance
  6. Right #2 Front Kick – Left Sparring Stance
  7. Right Low Block – Right Front Stance
  8. Left Punch Middle – Left Front Stance
  9. Right Inner Forearm Block – Right Back Stance
  10. 10 Left Punch Middle – Left Front Stance
  11. Right High Block Right Front Stance
  12. Left #2 Front Kick – Right Sparring Stance
  13. Left Horizontal Hammerfist Middle – Sitting Stance

White Belt One-Steps

  1. Step into Left Front Stance, Left High Block, Right Reverse Punch Middle, Step Left Foot Back, Right Front Kick (Yell)
  2. Step into Right Back Stance, Right Inner Forearm Block, Right Back Fist High, Right #1 Side Kick (Yell)
  3. Left Crescent Kick Block, Right Side Kick, Step into Right Back Stance, Right Knife Hand Strick High (Yell)
